New Director Appointed

Madison Enterprises Corp. (“Madison”) is pleased to announce that Nell Dragovan has rejoined its Board of Directors. Ms. Dragovan is well known in the Canadian mining industry as a financier and mine developer. Madison also reports that Catherine McLeod-Seltzer has resigned as a director in order to spend more time with her burgeoning family and Madison’s management and Board of Directors would like to convey their best wishes to Ms. McLeod- Seltzer and thank her for her valuable input over the years.
