Latest press releases:

Madison's formula for success is to identify quality exploration projects in proven, world class mineral districts. Northern Nevada and the Southwest Pacific have long been recognized as two of the major gold producing areas in the world. Madison is strategically positioned in both of these prolific gold-producing regions.

Madison is currently exploring the 5500 acre Lewis Property, strategically located within the Battle Mountain Mineral Belt, immediately north and contiguous to Newmont Mining Corporation's Phoenix-Fortitude Property. The southern boundary of the Lewis Property lies immediately north of the Fortitude Open Pit Mine that is host to a mineable reserve of 6,000,000 ounces of gold*. The Virgin Structural Zone, which has been mined in the Fortitude Pit, extends north onto the Madison Lewis property for some 15,000 feet. Madison's drilling on the Lewis Property has not only verified the continuation of the Virgin Structural zone to the north, but also intersected gold mineralization of similar and higher grade than was encountered in the Fortitude Pit.

Mt. Kare Project, Papua New Guinea

Recent Drilling & I.P. Survey results Mt. Kare Project Along with four of the world's largest gold mines, Madison's Mt Kare Project is located in Papua New Guinea. The Mt Kare Property covers 220 square kilometres centered on the Mt Kare Gold Deposit. The property is contiguous to Placer Dome's Porgera project, host to the "world class" Porgera Gold Deposit. Placer Dome's Porgera Deposit (Total Geological Resource = 28 million ounces*) and Madison's the Mt Kare deposit are both situated on the same regional structure that controls mineralization at both deposits in addition to other striking geological similarities. Based on Madison's exploration work to date, Watts Griffith McQuat has calculated an indicated and inferred resource containing 1.8 million ounces of gold and 23.8 million ounces of silver (Using 1.0 g Au/t cut off, HG Au results cut to 30 g Au/t: Indicated = 14.68 Mt, 2.68 g Au/t, 33.7 g Ag/t, Inferred = 6.40 Mt, 2.7 g Au/t, 29.3 g Ag/t)**.
